Bubble business booming as Supplyhut expands again

Packaging firm Supplyhut LLC has added new equipment this year and may soon move to a larger location in Cleveland.

In 2025, the company has added lines making bubble pouches, flat poly courier bags and bubble mailers, President and CEO Charlie Schilla said in an email to Plastics News. He added that Supplyhut "has new fulfillment business coming online in about a month, which is going to add additional employees."

Supplyhut is looking to relocate to a 130,000-square-foot building elsewhere in Cleveland. Once the move is made, Schilla said the firm plans to add four bubble mailer lines, two bubble pouch lines and one line each for bubble rolls and flat poly courier bags.

Supplyhut is on track to post 2025 sales of at least $15 million, with 2026 sales projected to reach $20 million. The company is an online supplier of bubble rolls, bubble mailers and related products.
