This notice explains the supplyhut shopping app provided by supplyhut LLC. Our website privacy policy also applies when you use supplyhut.com, checkout, or your customer account.
Shopping data on your device
The app keeps your cart, saved product favorites, and Buy Again list in local app storage. Buy Again records items you have taken to checkout on that device; it is not confirmed purchase history. Search terms are processed on your device. The app does not sync these lists to a supplyhut account.
To remove these lists, open Account in the app and choose Clear saved shopping data. This does not delete your supplyhut.com account, completed orders, or data held by your browser. Device backup and restore behavior depends on your operating system and settings.
Connections to our store
The app requests the published product catalog, current product options, prices, availability, and product images from supplyhut.com and Shopify-hosted services. Those requests expose technical information such as your IP address, the requested product or image, and request headers to the services handling the request. Connections to the store use HTTPS.
Checkout and customer accounts
When you continue to checkout, the app passes the selected product variant identifiers and quantities to supplyhut.com in your browser. The link also identifies supplyhut's mobile app as the source. Sign-in and order-history links open supplyhut.com in your browser. Information you enter there, including contact, shipping, account, and payment details, is handled by the website, Shopify, and applicable payment providers. The native app does not receive your password or payment-card details.
Website cookies, analytics, consent choices, and browser storage are separate from the shopping data saved in the native app. Review the website privacy policy and your browser settings for those controls.
Device access and app services
This version does not request access to your contacts, precise location, microphone, camera, or photo library. It does not include an advertising SDK, a dedicated app analytics SDK, or push-notification registration. Store, browser, operating-system, and distribution-platform services can process data under their own privacy notices.
Request account and data deletion
To request deletion of your supplyhut customer account and associated personal data, email customerservice@supplyhut.com with the subject supplyhut account and data deletion request. Send the request from the email address associated with your customer account and identify the account you want deleted. You do not need to install or use the app to make this request.
We may need to verify that the request comes from the account holder before acting. Never send your password or payment-card number. Some transaction or other records may need to be retained for legal, tax, fraud-prevention, or other legitimate recordkeeping requirements. Contact us about the records associated with your request and any applicable retention requirements.
Clearing local shopping data and deleting a customer account are separate actions. If you want both, clear the data in the app and request account deletion by email. Browser cookies and site data can be removed through your browser settings.
