Protection that takes shape
Foam expands inside the bag to create cushioning, blocking and bracing for suitable products. Choose both bag size and foam volume for your item, carton and packing method.

Flat bag dimensions are not carton dimensions. Sizes #40 and #60 share the same flat bag dimensions but contain different foam volumes. Pack configurations may be assembled by supplyhut; larger quantities are not represented as sealed original factory master cases.
Ready for the packing station
Keep flat bags close to the work area and make cushions when you need them. From occasional packing to repeat shipments, choose a quantity that fits your workflow.

- Unfold the bag and read its printed instructions.
- Activate and mix the components exactly as directed by Sealed Air.
- Place the expanding bag into the carton and position the item to form a cushion. Add further cushions as needed.
Watch the manufacturer’s demonstration, then follow the instructions supplied with your bags.
What’s included
One pack of size #10 Instapak Quick RT bags in your selected quantity. Outer cartons, display items and tools shown in the photos are packing examples and are not included.
Use, handling and storage
Read and follow the manufacturer’s activation instructions and safety data sheets. Use appropriate eye protection, gloves and ventilation. Do not puncture the chemical compartments. Packaging performance depends on the item, carton and packing method.
